How an engagement works
We keep things straightforward. After the initial audit (two weeks, fixed fee of £2,400), we present a findings report with costed options ranked by return on investment.
You pick the option that fits your budget. We assign a lead engineer and a project coordinator. Typical build phase is six to twelve weeks. During that time you get a shared Kanban board so you can see what is happening every day.
Once the system is live we offer a 90-day stabilisation period included in the project price. After that, ongoing support is available on a monthly retainer starting at £600.
